You can contact us in an emergency situation outside normal office hours (between 5pm and 8.30am Monday to Friday, and during weekends and bank holidays) by calling 01344 352000 and selecting the appropriate option
Out of hours the council is only able to deal with emergencies which are likely to have a significant impact on safety or emergency planning matters. You can contact us about lost or found dogs; highways emergencies such as obstructions or faulty traffic lights, street lighting, dangerous structures, council owned buildings; and emergency planning incidents. For non-emergency calls we will need to ask you to contact us during the working day.
