You can contact us in an emergency situation outside normal office hours (5pm to 8.30am Monday to Friday, weekends and Bank Holidays) on 01344 786543.

Social Services Support

If you need to speak to a Social Worker outside normal office hours please contact the Emergency Duty Team.

We are available to help with any personal or family problems that reach crisis out of hours and cannot wait until the next day.

The phone will be answered by a qualified social worker or by an emergency response officer. If your call cannot be taken straight away, please leave a message and they will phone you back as soon as they become available.
