Planning guide

A planning guide, which includes information about planning policy and how to make a planning application, is available. Please email if you would like us to send you a copy. A leaflet about planning and biodiversity is also available on request or you can download it.

The Royal Town Planning Institute offers free, independent and professional advice on town planning matters to community groups and individuals who cannot afford to employ a planning consultant.
