
Do you want to trade between 11pm and 5am?
Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003, if you wish to supply hot food or drink to members of the public between 11pm and 5am, whether to eat in or take away, you will require a new premises licence in addition to your street trading consent.

The fees for Street Trading Consent for the period ending 31 March 2009 are:
A Food Hygiene certificate must be obtained before a consent can be granted. Applicants must be over the age of 17.
Please note, if an application is for any reason refused, there may be an administration fee applied for any work carried out on the application.
Street Trading Consents can only be granted in a specific number of streets within the Borough.
Standard Conditions and Special Conditions, which can be varied at the discretion of the Council, will be attached to the consent.
