Do you want to trade between 11pm and 5am?
Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003, if you wish to supply hot food or drink to members of the public between 11pm and 5am, whether to eat in or take away, you will require a new premises licence in addition to your street trading consent.
You can make an application to Bracknell Forest Council Licensing Team now (more information on making an application) or contact us for more advice on 01344 352000 or email.
The fees for Street Trading Consent for the period ending 31 March 2009 are:
- One week: £80
- One month: £250
- Three months: £600
- Six months: £1000
- Additional Assistant: £34
A Food Hygiene certificate must be obtained before a consent can be granted. Applicants must be over the age of 17.
Please note, if an application is for any reason refused, there may be an administration fee applied for any work carried out on the application.
Street Trading Consents can only be granted in a specific number of streets within the Borough.
Standard Conditions and Special Conditions, which can be varied at the discretion of the Council, will be attached to the consent.

Payment can be made in the following ways:
- By cash or cheque (made payable to Bracknell Forest Council) at Time Square. Please allow 28 days for the cheque to clear
- By credit/debit card at Time Square
- By telephone through the Customer Service Centre on 01344 351400
- On the website using Bracknell Forest Online Payments
The following documents must be included with your application:
First Application
- A receipt showing payment of the fee (non-refundable) or a cheque made payable to Bracknell Forest Borough Council
- A location plan with the exact location you require marked in red
- A copy of the permission of the land owner (where on land other than a highway or on land owned by Bracknell Forest Council)
- One photograph of the trader and of the vehicle/stall
- Current Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Current Public Liability Insurance
- Most recent Food Hygiene inspection if applicable
Renewal and Variation
- A receipt showing payment of the fee (non-refundable) or a cheque made payable to Bracknell Forest Borough Council
- Current Public Liability Insurance
- Up-to-date list of assistants and photos
Assistant
- A receipt showing payment of the fee (non-refundable) or a cheque made payable to Bracknell Forest Borough Council. (if applicable)
- Two photographs of the applicant
- Current Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (where applicable)
