Bracknell Leisure Centre offers a wide range of fitness classes for all ages and abilities. Most of our classes are held in our purpose-built exercise studio – the sprung floor, mirrored wall and audio system create the perfect environment for working out. Our friendly, qualified instructors will be pleased to offer assistance and advice on your fitness requirements.
Our aerobics programmes are effective cardiovascular workouts. As exercises in their own right they can also be used as a complementary cross-training activity for better weight control, agility, flexibility, strength and stamina.

Free weight exercises to music with a combination of controlled, easy-to follow moves that have an almost immediate effect on your shape and strength.

An indoor cycling programme for developing cardiovascular capacity and improving general endurance and lower body strength.
