Teen Cycling (11-16yrs)
Indoor cycling to music working heart, lungs and lower body muscles.
TeenWorX (12-16yrs)
An instructor led session in the gym for 12-16 year olds with energy to burn! Work your body and improve your overall fitness, strength and well-being.
TeenWorX runs throughout the holidays.
All TeenWorX customers must complete a Health Questionnaire (available from BodyWorks) and have it signed by a parent or guardian before participation.
