If you exhibit, use or train performing animals, you must be registered with the local authority.

Application process
Applications must contain details about the animals and the performances they are to take in.
How long will it take you to process my application?
We aim to process your application in 28 days of receiving it. Please contact us if you have not heard from us by the end of this period. You can do this online if you applied through the UK Welcomes service or use the contact details on this page.
How to appeal
Please contact us first. Any applicant who is refused a licence or wants to object to a condition on the licence can also appeal to their local magistrates' court within 21 days of receiving notice of the decision.

If you wish to complain about a performing animal or if you believe that there has been a breach of licence conditions, please contact the Licensing Team through the Customer Service Centre on 01344 352000 or email licence.all@bracknell-forest.gov.uk and we can investigate the complaint.
