Return to secondary teaching
Upton Court Grammar School is the local provider taking part in the Return to Teaching programme in conjunction with Bracknell Forest schools.

Teaching pay spines
Both qualified and unqualified teachers are bound by national conditions of service, but all Bracknell Forest teachers also qualify for the London Fringe rate.
Your salary will be reviewed every September in line with your performance. Allowances are also payable if you take on additional responsibilities in school.
When you reach the top of the main pay scale you can opt to move onto the upper pay scale if you meet the required standards.
