The Oaks and Hollies Children's Centre

The Oaks and Hollies Children’s Centre is based on the site of Great Hollands Primary School and serves the communities of Great Hollands, Wooden Hill, Jennett’s Park, Birch Hill, Hanworth, Amen Corner, Binfield and Farley Wood.  All activities are held at the children's centre or local community halls, church halls and other community buildings. The centre provides activities for under 5s and support for their families and/or carers.

  • speech and language drop-in service
  • baby clinic

Do I have to pay?

All sessions are free unless otherwise stated.

Our opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm.


There is no visitor parking on the school site. Please use the large free car park at the back of the shops (end of Wordsworth).

Dump your dummy

The Oaks and Hollies is a dummy free zone. Staff will ask if your toddler would like to leave their dummy with the dummy bear whilst in the centre. This is to support E-CAT (Every Child a Talker) however, if your toddler is upset or tired please just ask for it back.

Healthy eating/drinking

The Oaks and Hollies follows a healthy eating and drinking policy. Refreshments are provided for you - please do not bring your own food and drink to the centre.
