Whistleblowing policy and procedure
The council has a whistleblowing policy that provides the facility to come forward and voice serious concerns regarding aspects of the council’s work.
The Borough Solicitor as Monitoring Officer has overall responsibility for the maintenance and operation of the policy.
Advice and guidance on how matters of concern may be pursued can also be obtained from:
- the Director of Corporate Services
- the Borough Human Resources Manager
- the Borough Finance Officer
- the Head of Audit
