Data Protection
The Data Protection Act gives you the right to ask if the Council holds personal information about you, what it is used for and to be provided with a copy. If you want to apply for access to your own personal information you will need to fill in the application form which you will find in the leaflet Personal Information: Your Right to Know
The Council will respond within 40 days of receiving your correctly completed application. There is no charge for this service.
