Class H - Properties Waiting for a Minister of Religion to Occupy Them

Unoccupied properties held for a minister of religion are exempt from Council Tax. The exemption applies to a property held for a minister of any religious denomination as a residence from which to perform the duties of their office.

To apply for this exemption, please write to Revenue Services and send us written confirmation from the religious organisation involved.
