Voter registration form
To register as a voter for your address in the borough you can download and complete our voter registration form.
This can be completed by up to 5 applicants but each must sign the form.
The completed and signed form can be submitted to our office by fax; post; scanned and emailed or hand delivered.

If you are not a resident of Bracknell Forest please note that you cannot register as a voter with this council. Instead please visit the website About My Vote link on the right of this page which will inform you of your Council’s address to which you can send the registration form you can download from that website.
