How to report any other missed bin collections
Use our online forms below to report a missed collection for green, blue or brown bins. You can do this up to 3 days after your collection day.

We will look back through the collection records to see if there was a reason why your bin was not collected. If there is no recorded reason, we will arrange a collection for you within 2 working days.
If you report a missed collection which is found to be because of one of the reasons listed on 'reasons why your bin may have been missed', you will need to wait for your next due collection or pay for a one off collection using the relevant enquiry form.
