Application process

Site licences may have conditions that restrict the number or type of caravans and make sure that sanitary and other facilities, services and equipment are supplied and maintained.

How long will it take to process my application?

We aim to process your application within 28 days of receiving it. As it is in the public interest that we process your application before it can be granted please contact us if you have not heard from us by the end of this period.

Appeals

Please contact us first. If you want to object to a condition on the licence you can appeal to the local magistrates' court within 21 days of receiving notice of the decision. If you are refused a licence you can appeal by way of judicial review. We recommend that you seek legal advice if you wish to do this.
