Children resident in Bracknell Forest
Parents must provide you with evidence of eligibility. For Bracknell Forest residents this will be an application reference code starting TYF867.
You can then apply for the child to be placed at your setting by logging on to the provider portal and starting a Placement Notification.
Children resident outside of Bracknell Forest
Where children reside outside of Bracknell Forest, for example cross border funding, please ask the parents for the letter or reference number they received from their local authority confirming eligibility for 2-year-old funding.
You need to email a copy of the letter or the reference code to the Early Years team for our records.
Alternatively, you can submit an assisted Two Year Funding Application on the provider portal with parental consent and start a Placement Notification.
