Coronavirus phone survey

This month (July 2020) we will be asking 1,800 residents about their experiences during the coronavirus pandemic via a phone survey.

All responses are confidential and will be used to help us plan for the borough's recovery from coronavirus over the next 3 years.

The survey is being carried out by independent company Public Perspectives.

The survey will include a range of questions on the impact of the coronavirus pandemic to you, your family and your community.

It will take around 15 to 20 minutes and is designed to help us understand the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic.

If you get a call from Public Perspectives, please be reassured that this is a valid request and they have been asked to carry out a survey to help us understand your views. The interview will be carried out according to the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct. Your answers will be treated in confidence and findings of this survey will be reported anonymously.

We’d really appreciate you taking the time to answer the questions. It will help to provide insight into the support Bracknell Forest will need to recover from the community impact of coronavirus.

The results will be published in September 2020.
