Customer update on coronavirus
We have now resumed face to face mobility assessments for blue badges.
We currently have a backlog to clear and are working hard to cover as many assessments as possible.
Who can get a Blue Badge

If you cannot apply online
If you are unable to apply online, you can download and print an application form.
Then send your completed forms and supporting documents by email or post:

- post: Blue Badge Administration, Bracknell Forest Council, Adult Social Care, Health and Housing, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, RG12 1JD
If you are unable to apply online, and you cannot download an application form, you can ask us to send you one in the post.
These timings apply to new applications and renewals.
If you meet the automatic (type 1) criteria and provide up to date evidence
Your application may take up to 20 working days (4 weeks) to process.
However, we will try to process these applications as soon as possible.
If you do not meet the automatic criteria (type 2)
Your application may take up to 40 working days (8 weeks) to process or longer if an assessment is needed.

As a Blue Badge holder, it's important that you understand your rights and responsibilities which are listed on GOV.UK.
Misuse of Blue Badge
You should only use your badge if you are driving or a passenger in a vehicle. Giving someone else your badge counts as misuse.
It is a criminal offence for you or anyone else to misuse your badge, and it can lead to a £1,000 fine.
Lost or stolen badges
If your badge is lost or stolen, please contact the Blue Badge administrator.
