Yoga for mental wellbeing

This is a fun, casual drop-in Yoga for people experiencing mental health problems. This group is provided free by mental health charity Sport In Mind. Your local representative is Laura

When: every Thursday

Time: midday to 1pm

Where: Lounge room, Owlsmoor Community Centre, Yeovil Road, Owlsmoor, Sandhurst, GU47 OTF. 

Walking for mental wellbeing

This is a fun, relaxed group for people experiencing mental health problems. This group is provided free by mental health charity Sport In Mind. Your local representative is Laura

When: every Thursday

Time: 2pm - lasting between 30 and 60 minutes

Where: South Hill Park - meet outside the main reception in the courtyard

Dementia walks

Join Berkshire Age UK on a lovely morning walk.

The walks begin at 10am on:

  • Thursday 11 November
  • Thursday 9 December

Seated exercises

Join Alzheimer’s Dementia Support (ADS) for seated exercises. They are simple and fun to do.

Refreshments are included and served at the start of the session.

When: every Thursday

Time: 1:30pm to 2:45pm

Tai Chi for mental wellbeing

This is a fun, casual drop-in Tai chi for people experiencing mental health problems. This group is provided free by mental health charity Sport In Mind. Your local representative is Laura

When: every Friday

Time: 11am to midday

Where: South Hill Park - meet around the back of the building on the lawn in front of the cafe

Memory Lane singing cafe

Join us to sing along to songs that everyone remembers. Socialise with us and get moving! Suitable for all older people including those with dementia. Includes tea and biscuits. 

When: Friday 19 November from 10am to 11:30am

Where: Binfield Memorial Hall

Singing for pleasure

Join Alzheimer’s Dementia Support (ADS) for some singing. Singing is for pleasure so you don’t need a good singing voice to come and join in our sessions.

Refreshments are included and served at the start of the session.

When: every Friday

Time: 10:30am to midday
