Dementia information sessions

Our information sessions are for people recently diagnosed with dementia and their carers and family. We can help with managing your diagnosis and offer support and advice.

When: Tuesdays, 10:30am to midday.

Where: Forget-Me-Knot Community Space, Wildridings Shops, Bracknell, RG12 7SJ.

Dementia drop in sessions

If you're not sure how to get help for yourself or someone you are caring for, we are here to help.

When: Tuesdays, 12:30pm to 1pm.

Where: Forget-Me-Knot Community Space, Wildridings Shops, Bracknell, RG12 7SJ.

No need to book.

Reminiscence group at Harmans Water Library

Come and meet others and share memories over a cup of coffee.

When: 10am to 11:30am on the last Tuesday of the month.

Cost: free.

Where: Harmans Water Library.

Yateley men's shed

The men's shed is a gathering of mainly men (but not exclusively) who meet to socialise, discuss a range of topics and work together repairing and making things for the community.

When: 10am to 2pm every Tuesday.

Where: Yateley Village Hall, Old School Lane, Yateley, GU46 6NG.

Cost: free.

Tai Chi for the over 50s in Great Hollands

Gentle exercises to help balance, co-ordination and muscle strength.

When: 11am to midday every Tuesday.

Where: Great Hollands Community Centre.

Cost: £5 per session (refreshments included). First session free.

Priestwood reminiscence group

This group share photos and memories of Bracknell, including villages before and after the arrival of the new town.

When: every other Tuesday from 2pm to 4pm.

Where: Priestwood Community Centre, Priestwood Court Road, Bracknell, RG42 1TU.

Cost: £2 per person (includes tea and biscuits).

Sporting Memories Network in Sandhurst

This group supports older people, especially men, living with dementia, depression or isolation. The first half is based around sporting reminiscence, we then have a break for refreshments and the last half involves some physical activities.

When: 2pm to 4pm every Tuesday.

Where: Sandhurst church hall, Yorktown road, Sandhurst, GU47 9BH.

Cost: £1 per session.

Keep fit club at St Joseph & St Margaret Clitherow church

Come along and enjoy some gentle exercise followed by refreshments and a chat.

When: 2pm to 3pm every Tuesday.

Where: St Joseph's church hall, Bracknell.

Join us for a fun afternoon with activities and refreshments.

When: 3:30pm to 5pm, every Tuesday.

We are a friendly group of carers that get together to have a chat and make friends. 

When: 5:30pm to 7pm on the third Tuesday of the month.
