Drop in sessions
If you're not sure about how to get help for yourself or someone you are caring for, we're here to guide you.

The dementia forum is held twice a year. It is open to anyone who would like to learn more about supporting people with dementia and available support.
Over 90 people attended our last forum and we got valuable feedback from local residents.

Bracknell Forest Community Network
The Bracknell Forest Community Network provides support for adults and their carers living with a variety of mental health conditions including dementia, anxiety and depression. They support individuals and carers on a one-to-one basis to access appointments and activities in the community.

The search facility helps you to quickly find out what is available in your local area and how to make contact with the organisation.
