Your home account details cannot be seen by anyone at the council. Your council email address is only used at the beginning of the process to verify entitlement to the discount.
Pricing, discounts and renewal

If you already have an Office365 account set up through previous council discounts, the current discount will be applied and remains in place as long as you keep it set it auto-renew.
If you already have a Office365 subscription that you set up without using council discount, sign in with your existing home details and the discount will be applied to your account - make sure that your subscription is set to auto-renew.
You will need to set up a personal Microsoft account. This doesn't need to be with a Microsoft email address, so you can use another email address such as Gmail if you wish.
You must then sign in with your personal Microsoft account details and the email address that you used to set up your personal Microsoft account. Do not use your council email address for this as it will not work.
If you have any issues, you will need to refer to Microsoft Store support or Microsoft HUP questions page - the council's IT Services will not be able to support any issues arising from the use of this benefit.
Leaving the council
If you leave Bracknell Forest Council, your home Microsoft 365 subscription will remain in place as long as it is set to auto-renew.
