Larchwood provides short breaks (respite care) for children and young people with a range of complex needs who have a learning and or physical disability. Children and young people at Larchwood may need personal care, have medical and behavioural requirements and would benefit from support with learning and achievements.
Larchwood is registered with Ofsted as a 5 bedded unit to provide overnight care. We also provide a range of other services and activities. Larchwood accepts children of both genders from the age of 5 up to their 18th birthday.
Our aim is to make a positive difference to the personal, social and learning lives of the children and young people who attend. We create a positive and safe environment which offers opportunities to grow and develop. We want to help reach that child or young persons' aspirations and goals.
