With just 5 weeks to go until the Lexicon opens, Bracknell Regeneration Partnership (BRP) is delighted to announce more top brands joining the new town centre, including Paperchase, Joules, Beauty Base, Seasalt and Timberland, which will open their doors to the public this September.
Paperchase, the UK’s leader in innovative design-led stationery, offering unique gifts and craft materials, will be joining Next, Pandora and M&S on The Avenue in a 3,875 sq ft store.
Also opening on The Avenue, is premium lifestyle brand Joules. ‘Bursting with Britishness’, the 2,280 sq ft store will offer shoppers a range of premium clothing, accessories and homeware, all encompassing distinctive colours, prints and detail.
The Avenue, sees more signings from fashion retailers including Seasalt, a family run, Cornish fashion company inspired by the creative and maritime heritage of Cornwall which takes a 1,670 sq ft unit. And iconic New England inspired outdoor lifestyle retailer, Timberland, offering a wide range of stylish shoes, clothes and accessories ideal for every adventure from its 2,300 sq ft unit.
Beauty Base, a family run retailer selling fragrances and beauty products also joins the line-up of new names opening at The Lexicon with it’s 2,420 sq ft unit.

We are delighted to announce so many new signings to The Lexicon, with just over a month until opening, the momentum and interest in The Lexicon from great brands continues, with more leading retailers and restauranteurs still to come!
In addition to the new names, Costa Coffee, will be opening a 2,035 sq ft café on the corner of the existing High Street and the newly created Braccan Walk, close to Primark and Boots, the ideal pitstop for busy shoppers.
And finally, The Lexicon’s beauty credentials will be boosted further by The Body Shop, relocating to a larger 1520 sq ft store, opposite Marks and Spencer, on The Avenue. Renowned for its commitment to producing beauty products made from the finest, ethically-sourced ingredients, the store is a welcome and vibrant addition to the new town centre.

The growing line up of retailers due to open their doors at The Lexicon is amazing and will give residents and visitors a fantastic shopping, dining and leisure experience right in the heart of Bracknell town centre. The excitement for September really is mounting – I can’t wait!
These new announcements bring the total to over 90% of the scheme now pre-let or agreed.
