Spring has sprung at The Lexicon

With Easter fast approaching, The Lexicon has unveiled its spring holiday event schedule!

So if you are looking for ideas to keep the children entertained why not visit the Spring Garden at The Lexicon for daily craft workshops and storytelling?

Within this magical spring kingdom, 30 minute workshops will be taking place daily from Friday, 30 March to Sunday, 8 April from 11am – 5pm*, for children aged 3-12 years. Crafting projects to make and take away, include a range of fun and seasonal activities from pom pom rabbits and yarn chicks, to bird feeders, natural crafts and decorating toadstool tea light holders.

The event is free of charge, although there is a suggested donation amount of £1 per child, to help reach our spring activity target of £1,500 for The Lexicon’s Charity of the Year, Bracknell Gymnastics Club.

The Spring Garden is located in Princess Square, next door to Coffee Republic.  To avoid disappointment, it is essential to book sessions in advance.

And if that wasn’t enough to put a spring in your step… why not check out the stilt walkers, dancers, glitter girls and walkabout entertainers** taking to the avenues and squares of the town centre too?

Sue Boor, head of marketing at The Lexicon, said:

“We are looking forward to celebrating our first spring at The Lexicon with plenty of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. And six months on from opening, we can’t wait to welcome back our brilliant street entertainers, to really bring the town centre to life this Easter!”
