Families flocked to South Hill Park and Lily Hill Park this week to take part in fun Easter Treasure Hunts organised by Bracknell Forest Council.
The events, which took place across 2 days, saw people challenged to follow and solve festive themed clues placed throughout the parks’ in order to qualify for a chocolate/sweet prize at the end.
The annual treasure hunts, which are run by the Heritage Parks Team are incredibly popular with hundreds of children and adults taking part.
Stephen Chown, head of parks and countryside service said:
“Our Easter Treasure Hunts proved as popular as ever again this year and it was fantastic to see so many families racing around their local parks, solving clues and enjoying time in the great outdoors.
I am really proud of the team who brought it all together and I am delighted to pass on their news that we will be running some new autumn-themed treasure hunts in our Heritage Parks this October.”
