The rapid test site at Brownlow Hall, Warfield will be temporarily closed for 2 weeks between Monday, 5 April and Friday, 16 April due to roadworks in the area. Anyone requiring asymptomatic testing during this period can attend one of the other 5 testing sites within the borough.
- Sandhurst Memorial Hall, Sandhurst
- Great Hollands Pavilion, Bracknell
- The Morgan Centre, Crowthorne
- New Priestwood Community Centre, Bracknell
- One Lexicon, Bracknell
Roadworks will also affect traffic around the testing site at Great Hollands Pavilion, however, a diversion route will be in place and people attending the test site should follow the diversion signs to the Crematorium.
Information on the location and opening times of the rapid testing sites, or to book an appointment, can be found on the rapid testing page. The centres offer a variety of opening hours to fit around work and shift patterns and people can visit the site that is most convenient for either their home or place of work.
Those with pre-booked appointments will receive priority. If you arrive without a pre-booked appointment, you may be asked to wait at a safe distance until there is availability.
Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms should not visit a rapid test centre. They should self-isolate and visit GOV.UK or call 119 to book a PCR test. They should only leave home to attend the test and not use public transport or taxis or attend work or school.
The sites are also operating as community collect sites for those who require home test kits. People who normally collects their kits from Brownlow Hall can visit one of the other sites to obtain their kits. If you are not able to attend one of the other sites, you can order kits for home delivery at GOV.UK.
The Brownlow Hall site will reopen on Saturday, 17 April between 10am and 6pm.
