The play area at Snaprails Park is currently closed to residents while it undergoes a significant makeover to improve the facilities.
The improvements, which started on the 18 July, will make the play area more attractive and accessible to the young families who use the equipment.
The work is being carried out by contractors HAGS on behalf of Bracknell Forest Council.
Cllr John Harrison, Executive Member for Culture, Delivery and Public Protection, said:
“The Snaprails play area was due for an upgrade and the improvements we will be undertaking will give it a new lease of life.
Once the upgrade is completed, our younger residents will be able to enjoy the new play equipment, such as a dolly seat, spinners and swings. We are also making the play space a little larger so it can be accessed by more families.
While the play area is temporarily closed, residents can access nearby play equipment at Evenlode Way, which is a 7 minute walk away.
I look forward to families enjoying the new facilities when the play area reopens later this summer.”
