My account system replacement

In the next few weeks our current self-service system will be replaced with an alternative service.

It will continue to allow residents to complete activities online. This includes making requests and reports to the council about things like potholes, traffic lights and trees.

If you already have an account with us, you will no longer be able to access the information stored in the old system from mid September. After the system has changed, you will need to register for a new account to carry on using our online portal to access services.

You can also continue to use our online services through the website even if you don’t sign up to the new system.
