Community meals

The council has put together a list of trusted food providers from across Bracknell Forest.

These providers can either deliver food to your home or offer meals at reputable establishments.

The list is available on Bracknell Forest Help Yourself.

The list provides you with details about:

  • the types of meals available
  • whether organisations can cater for specialist requirements, for example dietary or cultural needs
  • whether the organisation is able to accommodate people with severe disabilities
  • whether you will need to visit the organisation's premises to buy a meal, or whether they can deliver a meal to your home

When having meals delivered to your home, you should select an organisation whose drivers have had a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. This information will appear on the list with the organisation's details.

We do not provide any financial help with buying a meal. You have to pay for the meals you receive and any other associated costs, such as travelling.
