Get help with care

Social care help

To get social care help you will require a needs assessment.

This is a discussion between you (or the person you look after) and a member of our social care team.

We will talk to you about your situation and any changes that would help you.

This assessment is used to find out how your needs could be met.

Children (0 to 18)

If you care for a child under 18 and need support, we will carry out an assessment of your needs.

Contact children's social care by emailing childrens.socialcare@bracknell-forest.gov.uk.

Adults (18 years and over)

If you (or the person you care for) are over 18 and meet the national eligibility criteria, you may be eligible for support.

To find out what support you can be given, you will need a needs assessment.
