This scheme is designed to be flexible around both landlord and tenant needs.
We are also able to offer one off cash incentives for landlords, rent in advance and rental deposits.
Our incentives vary according to:

Instead of a 5-week deposit, we could offer a comprehensive insurance package. The package gives you more cover against potential damage and unlike a deposit, it has a built-in rental guarantee. It also covers some legal expenses.
Rental expectations
We base our monthly rents on the Local Housing Allowance. We may consider higher rents on a case by case basis but it will depend on what the tenant can afford.
The tenancy is between you and the tenant.
In line with the welfare benefit system, rent is paid one month in arrears. We are able to offer extra incentives to offset this. This includes possible cash incentives and rental for agreed vacant periods.
