Support groups

Bracknell Forest has support groups for people with dementia and their carers including:

Bracknell Forest Community Network (BFCN)

If you are feeling isolated and not sure what community activities would suit you, our BFCN team may be able to help. They can support you to identify local activities that you may enjoy and link you with like-minded people. For example they could introduce you to a weekly Ranger Walk at South Hill Park or Tai-Chi sessions in Sandhurst.
