- confirm you have public liability insurance
- confirm you have a street works supervisor qualification
You will need to give us:
- your contact details
- works start and end date
- works start and end time
- form of traffic control you intend to use
- public liability insurance number
- New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSWA) supervisor qualification
- traffic management plan
