Martins Heron junction – site set up and remove roundabout island

Set up site accommodation, disconnect electrical connection to illuminated signs, remove 2 trees in Long Hill Road. Remove the roundabout and replace with at grade road surface. Works to be undertaken off peak between 9:30am and 4pm using lane closures on approaches to the roundabout. Some statutory undertakers equipment to be diverted that may need extra traffic management. 2 January 2018 for 5 weeks

Martins Heron junction – remove splitter islands

Remove the splitter islands on all approaches to the roundabout and replace with at grade road surface. Works to be undertaken off peak between 9:30 and 4pm using lane closures on approaches to the roundabout. Some statutory undertakers equipment to be diverted that may need extra traffic management. 7 Feburary 2018 for 3 weeks

Martins Heron junction – Long Hill Road and outside Mercedes

Works to widen the A329 London Road and Long Hill Road towards Mercedes. Works to be undertaken off peak between 9:30am and 4pm using lane closures on approaches to the roundabout. Some statutory undertakers equipment to be diverted that may need extra traffic management. Some works will also be undertaken on the Ascot bound entry to the roundabout.

Martins Heron Roundabout – A329 London Road south west side towards Bracknell

Works to widen the A329 London Road on the Bracknell bound exit to the roundabout. Works to be undertaken off peak between 9:30am and 4pm using lane closures on approaches to the roundabout. Some statutory undertakers equipment to be diverted that may need extra traffic management.

Works to widen the A329 London Road on the Ascot Bound entrance to the roundabout. Works to be undertaken off peak between 9:30am and 4pm using lane closures on approaches to the roundabout. Some statutory undertakers equipment to be diverted that may need extra traffic management.

Works to widen the A329 London Road on the Ascot Bound entrance to the roundabout. Works to be undertaken off peak between 9:30am and 4pm using lane closures on approaches to the roundabout. Some statutory undertakers equipment to be diverted that may need extra traffic management.

Martins Heron Roundabout – south western side, approach from New Forest Ride

Works to amend the A329 London Road on the New Forest Ride entrance to the roundabout. Works to be undertaken using intelligent temporary Traffic signals. Some statutory undertakers equipment to be diverted that may need extra traffic management.

Martins Heron Roundabout – install signals and resurface

Install the new permanent traffic signals and complete the works. The initial stage will be undertaken using intelligent temporary Traffic signals. The resurfacing will require lane closures and the removal of certain movements whilst the works are undertaken. The duration of these works will be kept to a minimum.

The scheme is due to be completed in late 2018.
