Notice of intention - prohibition of waiting

Bracknell Forest Council is proposing to make an order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the order

The order will introduce the new restrictions as below.

Prohibition of waiting at any time on Church Street, northern side. This will be from a point 42 metres north west of its junction with High Street in a northwest direction for a distance of 16 metres.

The removal of Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm, 30 minutes, return prohibited within 30 minutes. This is on the northern side of Church Street from a point 40 meters from its junction with High Street in a north westerly direction for a distance of 16 meters.

All distances are approximate and, where applicable, are taken from the centre of the stated junctions.
