Lost or stolen pass
If you lose your bus pass or disabled bus pass we can replace it for a £5 fee.
If your pass is stolen, please report it to the police by calling 101 and get a crime number. If you have a crime number we can waive the £5 replacement fee.
You will need to come to our Time Square office before we can issue a new bus pass. You need to bring with you proof of identity, residency and qualifying criteria. We may also need to update your photograph.
