We will tell you the name of your planning officer within 5 working days of receiving your enquiry. All queries about your pre-planning application should go to this officer.
If the planning officer dealing with your case needs more information from you, they will contact you within 15 days of receiving your application. The officer may suggest a meeting.
The fee for a meeting is £174 per hour with one officer.
We aim to respond to your pre-application within 25 working days. If this isn't going to be possible, your case officer will contact you and explain what will happen.
