Information for victims or witnesses of a crime

If you have recently arrived from overseas, and have seen or been a victim of any war crimes or crimes against humanity, report it to the Metropolitan Police War Crimes team. We will treat all provided information with the strictest of confidence.

Protecting adults and children from abuse

Are you worried for your own safety or the safety of someone you know?

If you or someone you know is a victim of violence or abuse from a family member or partner, call the Police on 101, or if it's an emergency call 999.

You have the right under Clare’s Law (Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme) to know if your current or ex-partner has any previous history of violence or abuse. Call the police on 101 to make a request.
