You can apply for an assisted bin collection if you have difficulty taking your bin to the collection point.
We can collect bins from the doorstep or an agreed place. We will return bins to this place once emptied.
If there is someone at the address who can move the bins, you will not qualify for an assisted collection.

- apply for an assisted collection
- tell us that the collection is no longer required
If you are applying for a new assisted collection we will contact you to confirm arrangements.
