Important: during the first year after the death only the person who was the applicant for cremation or burial may order an entry for the Book of Remembrance - otherwise written permission must be obtained.
You will be asked to upload or post evidence of this to us. The applicant for cremation or burial is the person who signed the cremation or burial paperwork.
The Book of Remembrance is on display in the Hall of Remembrance at Easthampstead Park Cemetery and Crematorium. You can also view the Book of Remembrance online.
