Lily Hill Lodge

Lily Hill Lodge is a charming 19th century period building based in the beautiful grounds of Lily Hill Park in Bracknell. The former residential property is available to hire as a training facility, unit base or film location. The lodge is accessed off London Road (A329M) and has easy access to Ascot, Bracknell, London and several major film studios.

History

Lily Hill Park (including the house and park lodge), were originally formed as a 19th century 'gentleman's residence'. William Vincent built Lily Hill House between 1849 and the early 1850s with the park developed in phases over the next 30 years.

Lily Hill Lodge is one of the major elements of the park that still survive from the late 19th century, along with the areas of woodland, the carriage drive and woodland paths.

Vehicular access is through a white (unlocked) gated entrance off London Road (A329), which is also used by park staff to access the site

By bus

Nearby bus stop along London Road (A329).

Accessible through the cycleway that runs along London Road (A329).

By foot

Accessible through a public footpath that starts at the pedestrian gateway to Lily Hill Park, 5 metres west of the lodge.

By train

The nearest train station is Martin’s Heron (postcode RG12 9YY) which is a 10 minute walk away. This is the main line between Reading and London Waterloo.
