We want to understand what it feels like to make a complaint to the council, so we can keep improving our service.

This form is only about your experience of the complaints process, for example:

  • how easy it was to use the system
  • whether you felt listened to
  • how clear the response was

Do not use this form to:

  • raise a new complaint
  • escalate a complaint to the next stage
  • add more information to an existing complaint
