Before making a complaint, read our complaints guidance.
Using the complaint form
The more information you give us the better we can respond to your complaint.
We will ask you:
- about your complaint
- how it has affected you or the person you are complaining for
- what you would like us to do
- for details of whether you have contacted us about this before
- whether you need any reasonable adjustments
You can include documents to support your complaint.
Registering for an account
If you register for an account, you can save your complaint and come back to it.
You will need to create a password when you provide your contact details. Once you are registered, you will not have to provide contact details for issues you raise with us.
If you fill in the form without an account, you must complete it in one go. Make sure you have all your information ready.
New complaints system
We are in the process of improving our complaints system so you may notice some changes. Our new system helps us respond to complaints effectively and consistently.
