We are developing an Integrated Dementia Strategy for 2027 to 2032. We are developing the strategy with our Dementia Lived Experience Group as well as health, care and voluntary sector partners.
We want to hear from:
- people with dementia
- people waiting for an assessment or diagnosis
- unpaid carers
- family members and friends
- professionals who support people living with dementia
Why your feedback matters
Your views will help us understand what is working well and where there are gaps. We also want to know what needs to improve across:
- dementia prevention
- diagnosis
- support post-diagnosis
- services for carers
- planning for the future
This feedback will shape local priorities. It will help to us make sure the strategy reflects the experiences and needs of people in Bracknell Forest. Your input is key in developing our 5-year plan for the Dementia Strategy.
