Invite the Mayor to an event

Use this form if you would like the Mayor to attend an event you are organising. Invitations should not be made directly to the Mayor.

Submit your request at least 7 weeks before your event.

This is a request form for the Mayor to attend your event and not a booking form.

To make sure that your event goes well, read the guidance notes on how to receive the Mayor at an engagement.

You will be notified within 10 working days whether the Mayor is able to attend.
