Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee

Councillor Egglestone

Councillor Virgo

Frimley Park Hospital was built in the 1970s using reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC). As around 65 % of the current structure is made of RAAC, it is necessary for it to be replaced.

Health services must consult their local Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee (JHOSC) when planning a development of this scale.

In response to this, the JHOSC for Frimley Park Hospital has been set up.

The committee is made up of:

  • Surrey County Council
  • Hampshire County Council
  • Bracknell Forest Council

Councillors Egglestone and Virgo are the representatives for Bracknell Forest Council.
