Before we can update personal details such as name or address on your e+ record you will need to provide the following information:
- your name
- your e+ card number
- the address we currently have recorded for you
- documentary proof of any changed information - for example, a recent utility bill, driving licence or a marriage certificate, official letter (deed poll document) depending on what you want changed
If you are updating your photo please supply a recent, good quality, passport style image with a clear background. Sunglasses and hats must not be worn however, you are allowed to smile.

You can also visit us in person at your local library with proof of the change, where they can also take the photo for you.
You can log into your e+ account to update details such as your telephone number and email address.
