You must follow the instructions in the letter or email to know what to do next as not all households need to respond.
Update your household information
If your household needs to respond, the quickest and easiest way to do this is using the household update online form.
It should take less than 5 minutes to fill in.
You will need to use the security codes on your letter or email to respond.

Over 70% of residents responded online last year. Replying online allows the council to save money and put it towards the running of other local services.
Register to vote
You do not need to wait till the annual canvass to register to vote. You can register to vote on GOV.UK.
