Adult Social Care portal

The Adult Social Care portal is a secure, online service that allows you to submit forms to request help or a report concern.

Getting in contact with us using the portal is quicker and easier than contacting us by phone.

What is in the portal

We will be expanding the portal use over the next few months and adding to this list.

Request for support

You can use the request a support form to request social care support for yourself or for someone else. You will need to give information about why you are asking for support.

Report a safeguarding concern

You can use the report a safeguarding concern form to tell us if you or someone else is at risk of abuse, harm or neglect.

Care cost calculator

The care cost calculator is a tool that will help you estimate how much you might need to pay towards care costs.

Registering for the portal

To use the portal and submit forms, you will need to register for a basic portal account.

To register you will need to:

  • enter your first name and surname
  • enter your email address
  • create a password that has 8 characters - you will need to include an upper-case letter, a number and a special character

Next, you will receive a unique verification code by email. The code will be valid for 10 minutes.

To prevent the emailing arriving in your spam folder, add donotreply@bracknell-forest.gov.uk to your trusted sender list.

If you do not use the code within 10 minutes, you will need to begin the process again.

The registration process is only complete once the code is entered and accepted.

The code can take up to 5 minutes to arrive.

If you do not receive the code

If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder.

If the email is not in your spam folder, contact your email provider to check for issues. Make sure emails from donotreply@bracknell-forest.gov.uk are not being blocked or delayed.

Your email provider may need to update their spam email policies to resolve the issue.

Logging into the portal

You will need the email address and password used to register to log into the portal.

Each time you log in, a unique verification code will be emailed to you. It will be valid for 10 minutes and can only be used once.

The code will usually arrive within 5 minutes.

Allow time for the login verification code to arrive before requesting another one. If you request another verification code, any previous codes generated will no longer work.
