Home care providers

Home care might be an option for you if you want to stay in your own home but need help with day-to-day activities. It can help you keep your independence and enjoy a better quality of life. It is also a great alternative to costly solutions such as residential care.

Home care providers generally give support to customers aged 65 and over and can assist with:

  • personal care
  • administering medication
  • getting out to run errands or attend activities
  • wellbeing support
  • support following a hospital discharge

We have listed the home care providers below to help you find the best provision to suit your needs.

Home care providers must meet all due diligence requirements and go through regular monitoring to be listed.

They must be approved by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and have a 'good' or 'outstanding' rating.
